What's New in Deep Life Simulator

1.3.5

July 5, 2026

We’ve been hard at work making DeepLife fairer and more reliable. Special thanks to BBQ on discord. Family • Fixed “Try for Baby” so it actually works again — you can have children with your spouse or partner. • Marriage now completes properly: propose with a ring, plan the wedding, and it goes through. • Relationships are exclusive again, with clearer stage labels (Partner, Fiancé(e), Spouse). Life Events and Health • Weekly life events fire reliably again instead of going quiet for stretches. • Rebalanced diseases so terminal diagnoses can’t strike too early or stack unfairly; critical illnesses can now be cured with experimental treatment. • Removed blank, empty notification banners. Banking • Savings and CDs now pay the interest rate they advertise. • Withdraw and close-account actions work, so money is never stuck. • Added an auto-pay pause, blocked duplicate accounts, and the Budget tab now shows your real spending. Game Balance • Fixed company income so it reflects your industry and actually grows with hiring, upgrades, brand, and market share. • Closed several economy exploits (competition entries, tournament re-entry, and more) so rewards can’t be duplicated by rapid tapping. Stability • Fixed the floating tab bar covering buttons across the app, including a dark web screen that felt stuck. • Fixed starting degrees showing the wrong grade and name. • A range of other behind-the-scenes fixes for a smoother experience. Thanks for playing DeepLife Simulator!

$80 for “premium”?!?

I’m sorry but if you think anyone is going to spend $80 for a game feature you have to be goddamn insane. No one is paying for AAA quality on a mobile game, but I see where the development priorities really are. So despite a new update, this app is an auto-delete.

What is it with mobile devs not understanding the difference between the value of their product and then thinking they can charge anywhere from $100-$1000 for 1 feature-set. The pricing model of this app matches someone going through a manic phase of mental instability, because literally no one sane or even half-intelligent would ever even consider that as a real option for a mobile game. So honestly ditching this app is a minimal loss, if any at all. So it must be evidence that this developer thinks that its users are a bunch of morons. I’m not going to fund the API cost of a dev using Claude code when it is so obvious that everything put into this game is just AI slop.

So if you like being scammed or ripped off… Definitely go for this game, if you’re even half-sane? Don’t even bother, what this developer delivers is absolute trash for the price they’re asking.

Response from developer

Hi Michael, thanks for taking the time to write. I want to clear up the main point, because it’s important: Deep Life Simulator is completely free, and the entire game can be played and finished start to finish without spending a cent. There is no paywall and no feature gate. The optional bundles are exactly that, optional, and nothing in them is required to play, progress, or enjoy the game. Nobody has to pay $80 for anything. That said, your feedback on the higher price tier is fair, and I’m reviewing the IAP pricing to make sure it feels reasonable rather than off-putting. I build this as a solo developer, I read every review, and the recent 1.3.1 update was entirely bug fixes that players asked for. If you ever give it another look, the core experience costs nothing. Either way, I appreciate the honesty.

Unfortunately awful

Dev has received feedback for months, great concept but it took almost 4 months just to fix a UI bug, lots of weird inconsistency with the art work and most of it is AI slop, I’m all for Ai but it’s like they didn’t even try.
Unfortunate L for the life sim community

Response from developer

Hey, this should be fixed now in the latest big updates. We have focused on our other projects unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience, but everything should work fine now

Great concept far too many bugs

Alot of small bugs. Biggest one being not able to buy anything on deep web.

Response from developer

Hey thanks for the feedback, we have done 2 huge updates since version 1.2.8. We would be pleased to hear what you think about the new version of the game! New 1.3.1 version.

Great but still has bugs

Bank doesn’t add the correct savings interest weekly, companies revenue doesn’t add correctly when owning all 5 and after prestige game crashed. I restarted and my save was lost. Tried my backups and all can’t install

Good Potential

Game has a lot to offer, but some menus don’t even work, such as the dark web. You get sick super often, as in you’ll be 18 Y/O with a stroke, heart conditions, and diseases. It’s very difficult getting past a few months with how often you get sick. Most of the time it’s life threatening and you’re too broke to get treatment.

Response from developer

Hey Murakami, thanks for the review, and for seeing the potential! You’re right on both: the Dark Web menu is fixed, and we’ve rebalanced the health system so you get sick far less often, serious illnesses are rarer when you’re young, and treatment is more affordable. It’s all live in the new 1.3.1 update give it a try and let us know what you think. Thanks for playing!
