## What is Deep Rest?

Shape the space around you.

Deep Rest is a layered sound mixer for sleep, focus and calm. Blend white noise, brown noise, rain, thunder, ocean waves, forest, fireplace and cozy café or library ambience, then pair your mix with a Focus timer, breathing exercises and a gentle wind-down.

CREATE YOUR SOUNDSCAPE
• Layer rain, thunder, nature, white, brown, pink and green noise, fire, cozy places and familiar environments.
• Tune every layer independently until the mix feels right.
• Save the sound rituals you want to return to.

GIVE FOCUS A RHYTHM
• Start a simple Focus timer when you need a clear beginning and end.
• Build Pomodoro-style work-and-break cycles with Deep Rest Premium.
• Keep your study or work sounds playing while your Focus routine continues.

RESET AND WIND DOWN
• Follow box breathing and other breathing patterns for a deliberate pause.
• Ease into rest with Sleep Journey.
• Set a sleep timer, continue audio in the background, and use Lock Screen controls.

START FREE, GO DEEPER WHEN YOU WANT
Core sounds, standard Focus sessions, breathing, Sleep Journey, layered mixing, limited saved mixes, background playback, and the sleep timer remain available without Premium.
No ads, including on the free plan.

Deep Rest Premium opens the full sound and preset collection, richer personal soundscapes, more room for saved rituals, and custom Pomodoro-style Focus cycles.
