## What is Deep Space Trail?

Deep Space Trail is a sci-fi card roguelike built around real-time commands.

There are no traditional turns and no energy points. You and the enemy act on the same timeline, and every card takes time to resolve. Raise a shield before a salvo lands. Disrupt a repair before it completes. Vent heat before your weapons lock up. A few seconds—and one well-timed command—can decide the battle.

• REAL-TIME CARD COMBAT
Weapons, shields, repairs, locks, and interference resolve at different speeds. Manage limited command slots, read enemy charge bars, and strike during the right window.

• BUILD YOUR STARSHIP
Craft, upgrade, and equip weapons in the hangar. Assign a core crew member, unlock permanent tactical configurations, and choose temporary expedition protocols to shape your build.

• CHOOSE YOUR COURSE
Inspect enemy traits, tactical advice, and expected material drops. Launch from any unlocked jump node, return to base to refit, or risk pushing deeper.

• FAILURE HAS CONSEQUENCES
Defeat can damage equipped weapons and leave crew injured or missing—but your stored materials, warehouse gear, and farthest route remain. Every loss can prepare the next expedition.

• PUSH BEYOND THE FINAL SIGNAL
Break regional blockades, defeat flagship encounters, and enter an endlessly escalating deep-space frontier. Refine your build and set a new farthest-jump record.

Playable offline as a complete single-player experience. No ads, no in-app purchases, and no account required. Network access is used only for the optional Deep-Space Beacon leaderboard.

• Improved text, pop-ups, safe areas, and touch scrolling across devices.
• Separate Music/SFX toggles and safer save migration.
• Damaged standard weapons now lose one level after defeat, and repair materials are calculated from the reduced level. This prevents high-level loadouts from becoming impossible to recover on lower routes.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
