To access all features and content you can subscribe to Deep Stretch on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

The practice is easy to follow on one’s pace and I have followed it as it instructed and slowly I have seen the positive changes in my body. My body has more flexibility and improving a lot in stretches. I Love it! Must try for everyone, you will not regret it at all… She is The Best!!

### 4/5 — Had to cancel subscription unfortunately

First off, this woman is the truth! She knows what she’s doing. I signed up for the subscription but unfortunately because the app has no 10/15 second buttons to rewind/forward, you can’t skip past anything or rewind anything without using the toggle which brings you too far ahead or backwards and messes the program up. For me, I’d like to skip past certain parts like deep breathing, etc and I can’t because it doesn’t have those buttons. I submitted feedback and the person was very kind who responded. I was excited when a couple days later I saw an update thinking that it might have been added but it wasn’t, therefore I can’t enjoy the program as I would like and I had to cancel my subscription. I’ll keep checking in the future to see if it changed because the app and her programs are worth it but until than, I’m a fan who can’t subscribe. Excellent teacher, excellent program, if you have the patience not to need to rewind or forward past parts, you’ll get everything you wanted and more from her programs.

Love moving with Adee. She provides solid guidance through the stretches while allowing space for us behind the screen to discover our own practice. App’s dope. Easy to navigate and leaves me feeling encouraged while advancing forward!

I was in the need to expand my mobility and flexibility since I am a multi sport athlete and I train at the gym 6 times a week along with being very active.  I used to not stretch at all at a certain point of my life, with the lack of being taught to stretch the correct way.  

Now thanks to the beautiful and lovely Adison, I can get my body to feel 100x better after long days of training and work by following this great yoga series. I am flexible and mobile at certain spots on my body, but Adee will get me to next level flexible for sure.  For those who need a change or implementation in their daily life, you need this app in your life!

Being a young 24 year old, health and fitness is a big passion of mine and I take it very seriously. I started this series this week and I’m about to start Day 4 in the Beginner series.  I can repeat as much as I want and then level up.  By all means, get you a DEEP STRETCH! 😁💯
