However, there are still too many bugs that make it frustrating to use. The live injury reports and roster updates aren’t always actually live, which is a big issue if you’re relying on accurate, up-to-date information. Considering the number of glitches and inconsistent data, I also think the subscription price is too high. Overly heats your phone(iPhone 17 pro) not a major issue. CBB information has been great nba props sometimes don’t give great value plays rather money loaded plays. Then after trial ended it asked that I pay $30 to gain access to the device for the month. This is where things started to go side ways not only was it giving inaccurate information but it then said I had to pay $100 for FULL ACCESS, when I had full access for $7 and paid $30 because I was pleased. Now nothing is accurate all I have access to is outdated information that quite literally cost hundreds of my last bet. I don’t get it? Is it $30? Info is very vague ### 1/5 — Support unreachable *2026-04-20* I just created an account no longer than an hour ago, however when I used Apple Pay to create an account with a subscription the email that was used was an old address that I cannot access. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact support in asking how to change the email address but have not received a response. I’ve already removed the old email from my Apple Pay account. I can’t access the sign up email and I can’t get a response as to whether my account email can be changed after payment charged but before I can access the signup email. Or do I need to request refund and recreate an account again with my updated email? This is supposed to be AI but I don’t understand why this simple issue can’t be resolved.
