Also, why is it the split second you download an app they’re trying to get you to leave a review. I haven’t even got to use the thing yet. I don’t know every time this happens. Answers are vague and unrelated, I expected for the price that it was very comprehensive and accurate .. which it is not. I would recommend another method to acquire information as this is 90% google found filler info. They take the name and run it across celebrities for some unknown reason. Even if you specify it’s not correct and use full name deep search the results are still piss poor. Changing spelling, grammar, punctuation doesn’t seem to have any affect on the results. After 5 searches on the same topic using different spelling or punctuation the results were 90% identical to the first results and didn’t provide anything new or interesting. Even with adding location data and dates the info or people they brought up still wasn’t accurate or what I was trying to look for. I really tried giving it a shot but unless you want to waste money on something to keep you busy with irrelevant facts or links this isn’t the app for me so may not be for you either. Refund for the $39.99 would be nice. This cost is pre tax and is truly horrendous for such awful results. ADDED NOTE/update. After receiving a response to this review I received an email regarding a full refund. Just saying to reach out to an email they provided. I have emailed them twice on separate times with no response. Going to send another one right after this as well. Kind of ridiculous form of treatment from a “professional” service 👀 After response update. They told me they can’t process anything ans that was Apple responsibility so their original email stating to reply to get a refund never mattered and I had to wait long enough that I am no longer eligible for a refund. So my overall experience is quite terrible. Does not work and therefore is way beyond overpriced I’d go to say even false advertising. Poor customer service and even worse solutions. The app is preying on the insecure and no more. The AI is unable to narrow search results down to a single person. The photo scanner constantly scans for articles of clothing or other objects leading to ads and online shopping.
