## What is DeepDive?

Your phone is your biggest distraction. DeepDive turns it into your
biggest focus tool.

DeepDive is a high-intensity focus app built for people who want to
do real deep work — not just track time. It locks your phone during
focus sessions so you have no choice but to get things done.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Plan your day — Start with intention. Write what you’re grateful
for, set your daily intention, and pick your Most Important Task.

2. Set up your session — Choose your session length (10, 15, 30 min,
or custom), how many sessions you need, and break duration.

3. Lock in — DeepDive goes full-screen. Your phone is a focus tool
now. A giant countdown timer keeps you on track.

4. Take structured breaks — After each session, a timed break kicks
in automatically. Rest, then lock back in.

5. Reflect — Rate each session (Focused, Flow State, Distracted,
Slow) and jot notes on what you accomplished.

BUILT-IN COMMITMENT DEVICE:
An emergency exit is always available — but using it marks your
session as failed. Deep work requires commitment.

PRIVACY-FIRST:
No account required. No cloud sync. Your data stays on your device.
