Waste of app 
Not even working properly when everyone logins at a same Time 
And school also believes this app is good for students 
But I this a problem for students

When I tried to reset the password, the app displays ‘Email id is wrong’ . However I still receive the otp in my email. Which means my email address is actually correct. 
Could you please test this issue and fix it? 
If the email if where truly incorrect , I shouldn’t receive otp in email. The current behaviour seems inconsistent.

My experience at smartail has been amazing 🤗I have learned so much along the way✌️and it was fantastic chance for me to give back and apply all I had learnt 🤗honestly it’s been one of the best experiences in my life ✌️Thankyou so much team 🙌u were always there to guide and support us ✌️
