DeepH adds a very well crafted gamification to my health and wellness, and motivates me to be consistent in the changes I chose to make to better my life. Everything is there and thought through: you can track your mood every day as well as your energy level, weight, calories burned, steps, how much you have been smoking and drinking, blood pressure, and much much more. It integrates with apple’s health data seamlessly and the user experience is great. Bonus: I researched the team behind DeepH and was delighted to see that it is both women led and women founded!
