## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-19

v1.0.8 Updates
Easier data management: "Clear all sleep data" now lives right in Settings and works even without signing in — one tap removes sleep records and recordings from this device
Cleaner Settings page: We removed the export option and streamlined the layout, putting data cleanup one tap away
Faster content loading: Covers and sound assets now load faster and more reliably, even after the app hasn't been opened for a while
Stability improvements and minor fixes

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-08

v1.0.7 New Features

More reliable sleep tracking: If a phone call or another app's audio interrupts monitoring, recording resumes automatically — no more silent data loss overnight
More honest reports: Interrupted periods now show as gray "Unmonitored" on the timeline, and sleep duration and efficiency count only the time actually monitored
Snore intensity heatmap: A new intensity strip above the timeline shows when snoring happened and how sustained it was, at a glance
All-new timeline colors: Sleep stage colors now match the iPhone Health app, making Light, Deep, REM, and Awake easier to tell apart
Smoother summaries: Fixed punctuation glitches and repeated wording in the sleep summary; snore count and duration now read as one sentence
Light mode polish: Timeline colors are richer and clearer in light mode

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-30

v1.0.6 New Features

All-new Extra Large widgets: Sound scenes and the Focus timer now come in an extra large size, with full-bleed cover art for a more immersive, glanceable home screen
Control right on widgets: Play or pause, switch sounds, and change the focus duration directly on the small widgets — no long-press or opening the app needed
Refreshed widget design: Large cover art and a brand-new layout, with a bold centered title on the Focus widget
Play alongside other apps: New setting lets your white noise play at the same time as podcasts, music, and more
Easier focus sessions: Cycle through durations (15/30/45/60 min) right on the widget and start with one tap
Stability improvements: Fixed display issues in settings dialogs and home screen widgets

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-26

**v1.0.5 New Features**
- System-level alarms: they ring even in Silent or Focus mode, and Gentle Wake eases you awake with softly rising volume during light sleep
- New home-screen widgets: Focus countdown, sound scene, recent plays and favorites — tap to play, with an alert when your focus timer ends (iOS 17+)
- Easier-to-read sleep reports: see what makes up your score, snore and sleep-talk moments on the timeline, and Apple Watch stages merge automatically
- Refreshed lock screen: a "Sleep well" banner with one-tap pause, plus your wake-up time and sound artwork
- Stories that stay with you: narration fades gently into a soundscape through the night
- Greater peace of mind: a heads-up before your trial ends, and one-tap export or deletion of your sleep data

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-13

Update description for v1.0.4:
1. Overall speed increase: The startup process, opening of the listening page, and loading of covers and backgrounds have been significantly optimized, ensuring content is displayed instantly upon clicking
2. Fix sporadic logout: Address the issue of accidental logout in certain scenarios
3. More accurate sleep report: statistics such as snoring frequency/duration are more accurately recorded
4. Smoother switching: The transition between song backgrounds and sounds is more natural, and the scrolling of the list is smoother
