LIVE CAPTIONS, TRANSLATED
Native caption tracks are translated on the fly into your language and rendered as elegant live captions over the video. Drag to reposition, slide the right edge to resize, and choose your own background color, opacity, and corner roundness.

AI SUMMARIES AND TRANSCRIPTS
Every video gets a structured summary and a tap-to-seek transcript, generated in the language you choose — nine to choose from. Tap any transcript line to jump right there.

NO CAPTIONS? STILL FINE (PREVIEW)
Videos with no caption track at all can be transcribed by AI (opt-in, using your own Gemini API key). Timing is paragraph-grade in this preview — summaries and transcripts are the focus.

iPad
• Landscape split view: video beside the summary and transcript, with a draggable divider and a maximize toggle.

iPhone
• Optional auto-rotation follows how you actually hold the phone, even with system rotation lock on. It never turns the picture upside-down, and a lock button freezes it while you watch lying down.
• Pro Max iPhones now stay in the phone layout in landscape.

Everywhere
• Playback stays stable through rotation and app switching.
• Existing captions and translations are reused when returning to the app instead of being fetched again.
• Captions stay visible while you tap or hold the video.
• Text size setting (5 steps) for the summary and transcript.
• Captions are sensibly sized when no translation is configured and sit closer to the bottom of the video.
• Paste to play: a copied YouTube link starts playing when you open the app; pasting a link into the search field plays it immediately.
• Changing the language applies immediately to the playing video.
• API keys are verified when saved, and provider errors identify the provider that failed.
• Refreshed free model lists for OpenCode Zen and OpenRouter.
