deeter is a software platform that helps real estate developers manage the completion process of their projects and improve customer service. We focus on the core features that make a difference for your customers and your team. No unnecessary bells and whistles. Customers may:

- Change the naming and branding of reports that are sent to your customers.
- Control access to your team to ensure everyone has the right permissions.
- Upload and bulk import all of your communities units' in one go.
- Track the room, category, and status of all issues with easy to use tools.
- Create and send reports to your homeowners and save them for later reference.
- Easily generate punchlists for your trades people to use when completing work.
- Track multiple issues and reports offline and sync them when you have an internet connection.
- Change account settings like your report legal details or homeowner notifications to suit your needs and preferences.

Key releases are go!

We've added the ability to perform key release reports in the application. Add a key release, sync it to a community, and add the details. With key release reports you can:

- Track the number of suite keys, parkade fobs, and storage keys received. 
- Mark down the serial numbers of fobs to track which homeowner received which kitem
- Confirm homeowners received their move-in manuals and warranty certificates

Once tracked and sync'd, key release reports get sent to homeowners and can be reviewed on deeter.app!
