I even reached out and NO EMAIL OR ANYTHING as if they know they lied. This time around you took your time processing my down payment and now telling me my bill is paid which my biller is showing it is not. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this inconsistency. I need my bill showing paid. I had to use that remote chat which is no help. You need to supply live support services to speak directly to your customers.
