## What is Defiance IAP?

The Ignite Accelerator Program is a structured video course that replaces the broken traditional job search with a disciplined, high-impact system built on three pillars: digital networking, precision career assets, and story-led interview mastery.

  Developed by Defiance Strategy, the program is designed for professionals who are tired of low-yield online applications and want a proven method for accessing the hidden job market — where the best roles are filled before they're ever advertised.

  THE COURSE

  Module 1: Network Like Clockwork
  Build a pipeline of 40–60 target companies and systematically create warm connections inside them through structured digital outreach, informational interviews, and disciplined follow-up — powered by Clinch, the Defiance job-search CRM.

  Module 2: Precision Search Assets
  Define a validated Unique Value Proposition, craft evidence-based "Greatest Hit" stories, and build a recruiter-optimised CV, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter — all aligned to a single, coherent red thread.

  Module 3: Winning at Interview
  Master story-led interview technique — from the three-minute career narrative to behavioral answers and a decisive closing pitch — using frameworks that replace memorisation with rhythm, structure, and confidence.

  ACTIVATION

  This app is for registered Defiance Strategy programme participants. Enter the email address you enrolled with to activate your access.

Security and reliability update. Course content is now delivered over an authenticated connection, and your enrolment is confirmed each time the app opens. You may be asked to sign in once with your Clinch passphrase after updating. Downloaded lessons stay available offline as before.

### 7.3.2 — 2026-04-14

Course access is now unified with your Clinch account. Sign in once with the same email and passphrase you use in Clinch and Dragonfly: no separate registration, no extra steps. Your enrolment is verified securely against your Clinch profile, so you can move between iPhone, iPad and Mac and pick up exactly where you left off.
