I wish I could give this app an actual review, but the app keeps crashing whenever I log in. I will update with a more valid review when the problem is fixed.

So stoked with the app so far! I was very pleased to see the yummy food options and variety available - gave me huge motivation to give my health and fitness journey a proper crack. The app is just so easy to use I can’t fault it!

The most flexible and enjoyable meal plan I have ever been on. No restrictions and yet to choose one meal out of over 100 recipes which I won’t enjoy! Since when can snacks be chocolate I didn’t know till I joined Deficit! Wish this app had been created years ago when I thought the only way to loose weight was salad and low carbohydrates! 13KG later over 6 months and still on an epic journey! It’s also super affordable! One on one. 24 hour support! If there were 10 stars to rate it, it would get it!
