I started with the Physical journals and loved this program. When I saw that there was an app, I decided to try it.  It was a little difficult for me personally to get the swing of it. I loved having the physical book and   visual, that was a difficult adjustment for me. But I travel so much and had so many books to bring back-and-forth that this was just what I needed.  Now that I’ve been using it for six months it is a must have to get through my days.   Just love love love this and getting things done. Great for someone who struggles with focusing on one thing at a time, or the important things at a time.
