I wanted to like but it became clear to me after the trial that these girls have absolutely no business teaching. Their form is laughably bad and it makes me sad for gals that are using this app to look like Jo and Jacqs (who look amazing!). They may have some online coaching certification but they do not have enough necessary knowledge to train others. Proceed with caution. I also thought their workouts were too easy. ### 2/5 — Financial Issues *2025-05-31* Appreciated the exercise videos but unfortunately was unable to cancel my subscription through the app (it requires you to email to cancel). Never received an email back and was erroneously charged for a subscription. Still waiting for a response after 19 days. Subscriber beware! Would recommend subscribing only after these financial issues are fixed. ### 3/5 — Meh *2024-02-05* I was looking forward to this but I feel like the actual full exercise is maybe 15 minutes because of all the interruptions for water breaks and over explaining the move. It would also be nice if they could let us know what weight size they are using to get an idea of what to use. ### 5/5 — Obsessed! *2024-03-08* Obsessed with the define app! The workouts are quick and so effective. Perfect to break up the day when working from home. I love that I can get a good sweat in with no excuses because it fits so seamlessly into my day.
