I was very disappointed with this app. The concept sounds good, but the execution is poor. Most of the useful features are locked behind a paid subscription, so the free version feels almost useless. The AI responses also feel generic and not very helpful when dealing with real cravings

My whole life was smoke sleep repeat. Couldn’t even take my morning coffee without it. Answered the 200 questions on the app to understand my pattern and they made me a plan that was genius. Thx Defog. 2 weeks off now

12 years daily, couldn't eat or sleep without it. Tried quitting prob 15 times. This app actually gets it. The coach talked me through the night sweats and the insomnia at 3am when I was literally about to smoke. If you're stuck in the cycle of finishing your stash to quit tomorrow and buying more the next day, just download this.
