When a competitor with an ounce of competence and sense of customer service decides to emerge, Defy will be done. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-06-03* A waste of time trying to use. Maybe test it before you give it to your clients. ### 1/5 — Log in *2026-05-21* Can’t even log in even after multiple attempts of removing and reading app ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-05-08* I was forced to use this app to try to make an appointment so I tried. I kept selecting different providers and selecting timeslots that provide provided to me as open. I would select the slot, select continue, and I was told that the slot was not available. I repeated that literally 20 times with different slots and different providers only to hear the same response from the app. Was no testing done with this? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-03-30* Seemed okay when I first downloaded. Now it doesn’t even have anything. Click on it and it is just a screen that says “Defy Medical”. Can’t log in, log out, nothing. App is up to date. Useless. ### 1/5 — What’s The Point of this App? *2026-03-05* This app is literally useless. Not sure I understand the point. The app does nothing productive - you can’t see when meds need refilled EVEN though you’ll briefly see a window staring this upon opening (it then disappears not to be found anywhere). Medications are just noted as they are on the Defy website and the scheduling option has gotten the scheduled appt time wrong for both myself and a friend - twice. Useless as this company (good luck ever getting an order actual order right with Defy). I hate this company but sadly it’s all we women have if you want E injx. And they know it. Don’t waste your time w this app as it’s basically a website window. What a joke. Many times over. 🙄 ### 2/5 — Useless *2026-03-04* What’s the point of this app? The scheduling doesn’t work.
