## What is Degould DVM?

Our new software and mobile application has been designed for vehicle dealerships to conduct electronic vehicle inspections upon receipt of a vehicle, enabling them to either accept its condition or raise an exception through the app. Its user led and guided system drastically speeds up and assists the claims handling process and the system can interface into claims handling or internal systems.

Our systems and apps can interface into third party claims handling software and internal systems of OEMs for seamless access and integration. We offer multiple integration points via. application programming interfacing and restful web services, for simple connectivity to client and third-party systems.

I’ve had to begin screen recording everytime I submit to show that the app isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. It won’t submit all of the vehicles, say it does, then I get my notice & 1/3 are on there and it doesn’t show anymore in process. Awful app, slow and useless.

Everything is slow I know for a fact my iPhone 14 is not the issue, why does it kick me out and ask me for my user and password every so often if it’s really a security issue I have no clue what they would get with that information, and why in the login page does it kick you back and make you put in your email over and over if you get the password wrong just ask me to put my password in again like??? And resetting password is the worst I click the link to request a password change link and it takes forever to get to me just for it to tell me the link is expired. I mean it would probably be valid if it didn’t take 100 years to get to me. Selecting areas of damage takes forever the picture system is awful why can’t I just upload from my phone. Whole thing is just the worst app experience of my life.

Always crashes always throws you off when you scan the car never comes up double and triple the time to check in the car or truck garbage

The app used to work perfect for me, but now when I try to sign on it keeps going around and asking for my username and password. After entering the info the app changes screens and then the sign on screen reappears. I even deleted the app and reinstalled, but that didn’t help.

This app is terrible always something messed up now I can’t scan vin I have to type it in manually and that take to long when you have a bunch of vehicles delivered

Ford dealers are being forced to use this junk, and it can not simply remember log in info. Have to login every time. Asked for a new passcode every time. See plenty of Bug fixes on history of updates, yet seem they just create more problems. Let’s call it quits and find a new career path please. We don’t need your product. Scanner never gets the correct vin, just enter it manually. Can’t decipher between Ford and Lincoln vins, again a very easy program code to write. Just all around a huge disappointment. I assume someone’s kid wanted to make an app and they are getting funded from mommy or daddy’s company.

**Developer response:** Hi Ryan, based on feedback we've released a new version of the App (6.0.2) which has been designed to improve the VIN scanning experience and retain login credentials for longer.

We have improved the logic behind the barcode scanner to improve its ability to detect VIN barcodes, but also added a new text recognition feature which when used, lets you take a photo of the VIN text printed underneath the barcode or anywhere else that it is printed. To give it a try, tap on Scan Text from the VIN entry screen.

If there's any vehicle models that you're noticing repeatedly being mistaken for a different vehicle model, please contact us so we can update our systems. We're here to work with DVM users to make the experience of using DVM better.

This app by far is the worst. It tells me to enter my email address. I enter it and it says it’s invalid. You cannot use the manual scan of the Vin numbers if a vehicle comes in damaged. It will not let you download pictures.

Since doing the update I constantly have to enter my email and password every time. Even though I have face recognition and keep entering my 4 digit verification. Also since the update the bar code reader seldom picks up and I have to enter the VIN manually which is irritating and time consuming. Which previous to the update it worked excellent

It works when it wants to and after the update I will not scan anymore! How is this BETTER. I have to put all the bins in manually!
