Vuoi imparare l’arte della Degustazione del Caffè? 
Degusta Caffè è l’Applicazione che ti insegnerà a conoscere e a degustare le tue tazze di Caffè.

Attraverso semplici passaggi verrai a conoscenza di tutte le caratteristiche necessarie per degustare al meglio i tuoi Caffè.
Potrai inserire e compilare in maniera altamente tecnica e dettagliata i tuoi Caffè, per avere sempre con te il database completo dei Caffè bevuti.

Degusta Caffè è diviso in tre sezioni:

1. GUIDA ALLA DEGUSTAZIONE
In questa sezione troverai tutto il materiale informativo che ti occorre per apprendere le basi della Degustazione del Caffè, dalla "Preparazione alla Degustazione", alle tecniche di degustazione.

2. I MIEI CAFFE'
Una volta appresi i concetti di base potrai inserire, nel tuo personale database, i Caffè che degusterai per avere sempre con te il tuo personale Archivio completo.

Per ogni Caffè potrai:

- Inserire le informazioni tecniche associate al Caffè (miscela, paese, lavorazione, raccolto,..)
- Aggiungere la foto del Caffè che degusterai
- Compilare la Scheda di Degustazione dettagliata ed associare il punteggio finale al tuo Caffè
- Condividere il tuo Caffè tramite i social network o come allegato pdf via email
- Esportare la lista completa dei tuoi Caffè in un documento pdf da inviare per email
- Ordinare i tuoi Caffè per data, nome, miscela e punteggio

La versione gratuita di Degusta Caffè permette l’inserimento gratuito dei primi 3 Caffè.

3. ALTRO
Nella sezione Altro potrai accedere gratuitamente a tutte le informazioni utili sulle "Macchine da Caffè", da quelle ad erogazione continua fino alle macchine a cialde o capsula.

In aggiunta potrai utilizzare le seguenti funzionalità, con uno qualunque dei pacchetti a pagamento:

- Preparati con Caffè : potrai accedere ad un elenco di preparati a base di Caffè, con informazioni dettagliate e procedimenti di realizzazione.
- Ricette : potrai visualizzare un elenco di interessanti ricette a base di Caffè, dal Valdostano al Frappè all'amaretto, con ingredienti e preparazione necessaria.
- Importa/Esporta Archivio : potrai esportare ed importare il tuo archivio su diversi dispositivi Apple, in modo da avere il tuo elenco sempre aggiornato e conservare una copia dei tuoi Caffè.

La più completa app per valutare i caffè e, al tempo stesso, app molto da migliorare.
1) nella sezione “miscela” inserire almeno le due miscele più vendute: arabica e robusta, magari con possibilità di indicare le percentuali;
2)manca la sezione “tostatura”, obbligando a iscrivere l’informazione nelle note aggiuntive, non visibili nell’elenco dei caffè;
3) manca la possibilità di valutare il caffè in base agli standard commerciali: sulla scala dei 5 chicchi indicare aroma, corpo e intensità (un po’ come le 5 stelle per i vini).

L'app contiene molte info su come si produce un caffe, sulle varie qualità, e fornisce indicazioni su come valutare un caffè. Molte info si trovano cmq anche su wikipedia, c'è anche del testo ripetuto nella sezione corpo, cmq buona l'iniziativa. L'app permette di salvare gratis solo tre degustazioni, cioè la propria valutazione sul caffè acquistato.
