Degusta Olio è l’Applicazione che ti insegnerà a degustare l’Olio.

Attraverso semplici passaggi verrai a conoscenza di tutte le caratteristiche necessarie per degustare al meglio il tuo Olio.
Potrai inserire e compilare in maniera altamente tecnica e dettagliata i tuoi Olii, per avere sempre con te il database completo degli Olii degustati.

Nello specifico Degusta Olio è diviso in tre sezioni:

1. GUIDA ALLA DEGUSTAZIONE
In questa sezione troverai tutto il materiale informativo che ti occorre per apprendere le basi della Degustazione dell’Olio, dalla "Preparazione alla Degustazione", alle tecniche di assaggio.

2. IL MIO OLIO
Una volta appresi i concetti di base potrai inserire, nel tuo personale database, gli Olii che degusterai per avere sempre con te l’Archivio completo dei tuoi Olii.
Per ogni Olio potrai:

- Inserire le informazioni tecniche associate all’Olio
- Aggiungere la foto del tuo Olio
- Compilare la Scheda di Degustazione dettagliata per avere il punteggio associato al tuo Olio
- Aggiungere una descrizione o eventuali note aggiuntive
- Condividere il tuo Olio degustato tramite i social network o per email

3. ALTRO
In aggiunta potrai venire a conoscenze di informazioni aggiuntive sulla degustazione dell’ Olio, come i Sentori Positivi e Negativi associati all’Olio e l'elenco dei principali Cultivar

Sembrerebbe che l’app sia stata sviluppata da qualcuno che di Olio Extra Vergine d’oliva non ne sappia nulla o quasi.
L’Idea è buona ma l’App così è inutile anzi ancor peggio, è forviante.

Sono un'assaggiatrice iscritta all'albo. Mi chiedo se anche lo sviluppatore di questa app lo sia, considerato che i riferimenti normativi e le guide all'assaggio a norme di legge sono parecchio diversi da questa guida all'assaggio. Il materiale contenuto nella guida e' in buona parte riferito al vino e quindi i contenuti non sono corretti.
