Live and nutritious ingredients replaced by synthesized chemicals.

Love and passion replaced by optimization and profit.

Our vibrant legacy replaced by a dim future.

This is a call to all of you whose fine taste and high standards have prevailed. 

To all of you who yearn for the flavors of our youth.

To all of you willing to travel long distances just to delight the senses. 

To all of you, the *connoisseurs*, the *degustadores*.

Let’s reclaim the art of great food.
