پاسخ به جواب سازنده ی اپلیکیشن:
اپل آی دی بنده هیچ تغییری نکرده است. شما برنامه ی دهخدا را قبل از ios13 تمدید نکرده اید. بجایش این برنامه ی دهخدا را گذاشته اید و همه ی کسانی که پیش از این برنامه ی شما را خریداری کرده بودند مجبور به خرید دوباره ی اپلیکیشن شده اند.

تمام تراکتش های مالی و بانکی و کسر از حساب را شرکت اپل انجام می‌دهد و برنامه نویسان هیچگونه دسترسی به آن را ندارند، اگر از شما دو بار مبلغی کم شده به خاطر این است که در بار دوم از یک اپل آدی دیگر برنامه را دانلود کرده اید، اگر غیر از این است به بخش پشتیبانی اپل ایمیل بزنید و اونها پس از برسی اگر خطایی رخ داده باشد، بلافاصله پول شما رو عودت می‌دهند

Hello! dear developer,

I would like to sincerely thank you guys for your dedication. The time and effort in creating this app is worth much more than it’s price.

But, I had to buy it again, same as the other reviewer complained in the reviews section. Nope, this is absolutely the same account that was used to purchase this app for the first time. 

I know you guys wanted to generate more money out of the same app, so the typical Iranian trick is implemented. You could have simply put higher price tag instead of ruining your company’s image.

Besides, your website does not open, neither there’s any email nor any phone number to file a complaint.

Anyway, despite buying it for the second time, I am happy though, but I am sure I will not have to pay for the third time.

آقای عزیز من نمیدانم شما با مجوز یا بدون آن این لغتنامه را به مردم می فروشید یا نه! کار به اخلاقی بودن یا نبودن این کار ندارم. و لیکن اینکه این اپ را دو بار بفروشید نه اخلاقیست نه انسانی و نه قانونی. هر چند در این مملکت قانون شوخی بیش نیست. دسترسی من با همان اکانت که بار اول این اپ را خریدم قطع شده و من مجبور شدم دوباره ۵ دلار برای خرید پرداخت کنم. شاید این جمله برایتان بی اهمیت باشد ولی این مبلغ را من بدون رضایت قلبی و فقط از روی اجبار پرداخت کردم.
