My first time I went in to the studio it was super clean. Not a lot of people in there. The whole vibe is worth it! The cost is worth the experience especially if you’re like myself who dislikes wearing makeup. I would highly recommend getting yourself some eye lashes! I absolutely adore my lash tech she’s the best ever! Way to go Cibolo Texas Team! Keep up the amazing work. And bad gum bag thickness they *2025-03-27, version 16.6.3* The lashes are always falling even if you breath ### 1/5 — Unhappy Customer Service *2021-02-02, version 16.1.0* The service in the actual branch that i go to in Hartsdale are good, but the company itself has a VERY strict rule about cancellation...if it is not over 24hrs and you cancelled your appointment, they don’t give their customer some grace by waiving the $20 fee even if it is an emergency. I had called to cancel my appointment 23Hrs before my scheduled appointment and the customer service lady did not even gave me any consideration and strictly said she cannot waive the $20 fee even if i told her it was a sudden change to my work schedule...Same thing happened last time where i had a road emergency and had to cancel on the same day, i feel they really do not care much about their customer’s situation and just wanted to charge the cancellation fee so freely. There is no genuine concern or consideration for the people, very ruthless. After i used up my membership’s credits, i do not plan to ever go back to this company ever at all. They while staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And Anisten has such a calming presence. Anisten is kind and actually remembers all of her clients. Very happy with Norman Deka.
