Del-One Card Command protects your debit and credit cards. Del-One Card Command protects your debit and credit cards by sending transaction alerts and giving you the ability to define when, where, and how your cards are used. Download to your smartphone, then customize your preferences to monitor and manage your cards. Alerts Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage Real-time alerts for PIN and Signature transactions keep you informed of your card usage to quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. Location Based Alerts and Controls Restrict transactions to merchants near your location (using your phone’s GPS) or by region using city, state, country, or zip code on an interactive map. Usage Alerts and Controls Set spending limits to decline transactions above your thresholds. It’s always “establishing a connection” so if you need to unlock your card GOOD LUCK!!! ### 1/5 — Can access my account on here *2025-05-10* It’s very annoying to have to change my password every time I want to log in. No it doesn’t remember it. No you can’t use face recognition for it. We’ll that’s not working either, what the heck🤦🏻 ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to log in *2023-07-04* I have the del one mobile banking app and logged in with no issue, I update this app and try to log in and it says invalid.. it’s been saying this for a couple months now🤦🏾‍♀️and I can’t get help.. it would really be useful to see my transactions and adjust my spending limits and lock my card, but now can’t even access that on my phone 🤦🏾‍♀️smh ### 1/5 — Horrible App waste of space on phone *2023-02-04* Every time I try to login it tells me my login or password is incorrect. And yet I can login easily online or on the regular app. Definitely don’t recommend and any update they have had hasn’t fixed the issue. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2022-08-25* This app used to be half way decent, but now there’s no way in this app or the regular banking app to lock my card if I’ve misplaced it. I was told months ago the app was going through some “technical glitches,” but they have yet to be corrected I guess. So now it’s just stuck and I can’t access my information.
