I am a frequent and satisfied customer of Delancey car service, but this app just does not work. It’s unfortunate.

Had used the app to arrange a ride to the airport a week ahead of time. 2 hours before I am to leave, they cancelled.

I never have to worry about getting to my destination. Each time I come to NYC to visit family, rest assure they will take me to where I am going. Excellent service and professional drivers.
