Navigation is not easy. You have to find work around to get to different sub-apps like Flipster. But after last iOS update, it no longer works. ### 1/5 — App suddenly stopped working! *2023-12-01, version 2022.2.2* This app has been so so and glitchy in past - in the past week it suddenly stopped working. In the past I have been able to manage renewals and holds and searches - now I can see my holds but it is not updating books I have returned or renewed and is not reaching the sign in page. This is despite checking for iOS and app updates and deleting and reloading. Ability to link family accounts is useful too. Why have a mobile app if it doesn’t work? It seems to default to electronic sources only first and when you switch to Delaware catalog, the listings are not what is show on the web browser catalog. I have my iPhone set to larger fonts and things are over lapped and jumbled up ### 1/5 — Account issues *2018-05-31, version 5.07* I haven't been able to go under my account to renew any books. I deleted app and downloaded again and still have the same problem. ### 1/5 — Needs to be fixed! *2018-05-27, version 5.07* This was great when I first downloaded it (within the last year), but now it always says, “The DLC app is currently experiencing technical difficulties.” It used to be a quick way to access my account and search for books. But now it won’t store any of my account information, so I have to enter all of that manually before doing anything. Such being the case, using the library website is much easier. The app is great since it does it all renew books, see account info? Of course search books, locations of libraries and hours of operation... and my kids favorite borrowing online electronic version of books. DLC app *2022-10-18, version 2021.1* Compared to the clunky website which is difficult to navigate this app makes it SO much easier to manage renewals, holds without several tries. Thanks you for making the process of borrowing items from the Libraries efficient & hassle free. ### 4/5 — Not perfect, but Great (which is all you need) *2015-03-05, version 5.07* When I initially saw that the Delaware Library System had an app, I downloaded it out of curiosity, but it has proved to be quite invaluable to me. It works great for searching books within the System and placing holds and reviewing your status on payments and pick-ups and such, straight from your phone. My only gripe would be the unflattering graphics used, but it is a tool, not a frilly game, so it isn't a deal breaker, of course. ### 3/5 — Digital hold downloads don’t work *2024-04-25, version 2022.2.2* Was happy that app is finally working again. But there is an issue with digital holds. When a digital hold is available there is no way to download it from the app. Only options are suspend hold, cancel hold, or preview.
