I paid for a subscription though the Apple option but the download function did not work. Reached out to Apple who sent me to the link for contacting the developer. That link is not functional. Tried to request a refund from Apple online, but that option is not available. I was looking forward to this subscription, but now just want a refund.

I don’t get the updates. When I try to log in to my account, it won’t let me in. I purchased a 1 years online subscription.
