Your APP DOES NOT WORK!! I’ve installed, deleted, and reinstalled. There is an error notice within the app. PLEASE FIX!

For several weeks now the app hasn’t been working properly. It tell me I have a new weekly ad but when I click on it there is nothing there. Please advise on what to do to fix this issue. Thanks
