Keeps asking if I like the app and makes it impossible to use

After spending a good amount of time trying to understand how to login to the app I finally got through it. After logging in I clicked on the sort selection and the zen symbol started spinning. I figured it was just scanning the email folder and doing its thing but the spinning never stopped. Now when I re-open the app it is hung up and does nothing.

It is impossible to use this with the send feedback prompt showing up nonstop even if I choose an option for feedback…

Upon opening the app, it will immediately ask you for feedback as you swipe through the instructions. It will ask you for feedback every two swipes once I stop pressing the neutral face. I press the down button and it opened an email server for me to tell them what I feel about the app after returning to the app and pressing the thumbs up and then immediately asking me to write itupon returning to the app after rating it it asked me again for feedback. It will never stop. You will never be able to use the app.
