Almost every action, whether it’s checking routes, fares, or timings, triggers an unnecessary advertisement. One cannot navigate for the route, first and last metros that easily. The metro time (first and last) does not have the option of from which station to which station, it only has destination timing. In the previous app, we could book the ticket as well, now it is no where. Unnecessary adds. However, it provided incorrect and confusing metro routes. Despite having prior experience with the metro, the app’s directions were misleading, causing unnecessary chaos while boarding trains. Instead of simplifying my commute, it made navigation more difficult. I hope the developers improve the accuracy of route suggestions. ### 1/5 — fallø boy *2025-02-26, version 1.21* my friend dhruv fallø went from brigadier singh to raja nahar, total trip time was 140 mins and cost was 60rs but he ran into many smakiya and they tore his metro ticket as well as his clothes, he was arrested by the metro police for not having a ticket and was assumed to be homeless due to his bad haircut and genetics. he was unable to show up to court because the same smakiya tore his metro ticket and clothes again on his way to the court. he’s been in jail for 13 years now, i’m writing this as a tribute to his sacrifice. i urge the police to solve this issue regards, tuhinanshu bharijia and ekluvya chabbria along with ritvik anand ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-07-19* I am experiencing issues with the app despite having paid a 99₹ ad-free subscription. I have made four formal complaints via email, but have yet to receive satisfactory responses. The real time from azadpur to saraikalekhan 57 minutes.. because of these 17 minutes i missed my train ### 1/5 — Realistic Review *2024-05-28* This app is the worst app I have seen. If you are in hurry and want to check the route, the ads never stop, it asks me to pay 99Rs. But why? Plus it never shows shorter routes, or less interchanges. Even if a metro goes to a station directly it will show a route where you have to stop in middle take the interchange and then again and then reach the destination. (Example: Check from Welcome to Mayur Vihar😒) I think this app has a glitch where when people are complaining about the app, it still gives itself 5 and 4 stars. ### 1/5 — worse app *2023-12-24, version 1.13* This app is inundated with ads, making it nearly impossible to navigate without constant interruptions. The user experience is severely compromised, making it frustrating and unpleasant.
