However one drawback is that the recent updates in metro map like Pink line being a full circle (Mayur Vihar Trilok Puri connected & Shiv Vihar Majlis Park connected) & options of pedestrian walk from Durgabai Deshmukh in Pink Line to Dhaula Kuan in AirPort Express Line has not been updated which leads to that option not showing at all & some unnecessarily long route shown instead. Please update these routes with the latest information not leaving out changes, new routes etc so it will add to the convenience for all. Thank you so much 🙏 ### 3/5 — update pink line *2025-12-03* I’ve been using this app for 3–4 years and it’s very easy to use, but the Pink Line needs an urgent update. The line is still shown only till Mayur Vihar, and the remaining stations are missing, which causes wrong or very long routes. Because of this, we often end up taking a completely different path. Please update the full Pink Line stations and fix the route accuracy. The app is otherwise great. ### 4/5 — Needs update *2025-08-20* Helpful app! Especially offline. There is an update needed. One part of the line is shown as incomplete that was finished years ago. It’s still showing as BROKEN between Mayur Vihar Pocket one & Mayur Vihar. ### 3/5 — Updation Required *2023-04-08* Hi Team, Recently i have been travelling with my parents and although i trust this app alot since the day i have been in ncr from 2016 but i felt that with certain extensions in the metro lines the app needs some update with the new stations. i faced this issue on pink line as it was mentioned that board towards Mayur vihar pocket 1 however i couldn’t see this name anywhere . All i could see was (majlis- shiv ). Please correct it accordingly ### 4/5 — No proper indication *2022-12-25, version 5.6* From Kaushambi to Anand VIHAR on cross over bridge and after that no proper indication or boards for blue and pink line. Poor ticket system at Anand VIHAR ### 4/5 — Map broken at Pink line *2022-11-22* Turned out that i was using a longer route to my office because the map present in the application is broken on pink line between trilokpuri sanjay lake and mayur vihar pocket 1 on pink line which shows a bigger route to all the pink line users, i hope this gets resolved quickly because your application is the most used one on ios ### 3/5 — Grey line not added yet *2022-03-25* I’ve been using this app since 2018 and it’s really useful and better than official app of DMRC. But there’s one grey line still hasn’t been added in the map. All the new lines including magenta, pink line and new stations added to blue, violet, yellow and pink line were all updated immediately after their operations started. Even the Noida and Gurugram’s rapid metro are added then why isn’t grey line added yet. It’s part of Delhi metro. It has been operational since 2019 then why even after 2 years it’s still not added. ### 4/5 — Very Good App for Delhi Metro *2021-12-01* This app is really handy not only for outsiders coming to visit Delhi but also for insiders as it eliminates hassles to remember the routes to reach your destination. Latest qualm I have is that Extension of Magenta line is not included with any update. Also pink line’s connection from Mayur Vihar Pocket 1 to Trilokpuri-Sanjay Lake doesn’t reflect. Wish this app could get more regular updates. Additionally options of searching for places to watch out in Delhi or places to visit nearby each Metro Station have some bug as it cross-links the places. Would love this app to become more robust..and error free. I usually need to track which route to take and at what duration it will be sufficient for me to reach my destination. This app came out as a saviour for me. It has every feature. Really helpful. Though it lacks updated features which is creating problems. It doesn’t comprise the latest pink line and few other routes. Hopefully it will function soon. Do download it but still it lacks somewhere. ### 3/5 — Stations missing *2019-02-15* The app is clean and easy to use. But that is of no use if the database isn’t properly updated. There are still some stations missing, eg vinobapuri on violet line. If the app is regularly updated this would easily become my go to app for metro travel. Due to that extra cash recharge need to dine min ₹200. This is not satisfactory services of DMRC. Second, when try to know the issue why recharge not updating successfully, poor non-helping response by customer support team at New Delhi metro stn. You can't search by address and the Places section is missing a lot of obvious searches (try "Greater Kailash" or "M Block Market"). The animation is very nice and it's very helpful. However, I feel that some information is missing from your application. Please update it. Because there are many such lines which are not shown in your application. And the map of the Pink Line is wrong, it should be corrected, passengers get troubled, I hope you'll do this as soon as possible. A lot of people like you do it. thank you. 🙏 ### 2/5 — Some Information are missing *2022-12-23* Your app is such a great help for everything but still some major informations are missing in the maps. 1) Dhaulakuan and durga bai deshmukh stations are connected by footover bridge please include this in maps and route search 2) there are some grey line stations too include them too 3) sometimes while searching shortest route the app doesn’t include orange line in it amd show longer routes ..please include a option if someone wants to opt for orange line or not considering its fares are high. ### 2/5 — Incorrect logic for route selection *2022-07-22* The route selection in the application is incorrect. It doesn’t provide the shortest metro route even though it is available. For example from Mayur Vihar phase 1 to East Vinod nagar even though both stations are on same route the application won’t provide the smallest route rather than that it would give results for routs with switch over and a longer route. I think basic problems structure and algorithm used while creating logic for this application has gone to a toss. ### 2/5 — Issue in post lock down operations *2021-07-01* Delhi metro is running with 50 percent seating capacity and to control this they are closing the entry gates almost after 15 to 20 mins.. you are lucky if you get entry gates open otherwise one has to wait for 20 to 30 mins to enter the station. This is happening in the starting point of metro station as well. To control the seating capacity they are making public to stand in queue and there is no social distancing. Also they have kept only one entrance and exit open which I turn increasing the time of travel. Those who are commuting by metro have to face this issue regularly as not all are lucky to do work from home. It’s humble request to do something to avoid this inconvenience to public. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best App to navigate metro in NCR *2026-01-17* Been using this app since 2019, which was when it was last updated. It hasn’t failed me ever, works offline, is super fast, has a common places tab, and an integration route map, all without ads, all that one needs in a metro app. Only thing is, there’s been a few changes in the metro routes since the app was last updated and I’ve been hoping for the last 3-4 years that the devs will eventually update the app. But enough waiting, 2026 is the year of being proactive so I am officially requesting the devs to update this God Tier app once and then I guess sit back and relax for the next half decade. ### 5/5 — Error in Delhi Metro map *2025-05-01* On the pink line of map, route between Tirlokpuri - Sanjay Lake Station and Mayur Vihar Pocket 1 station, is shown as “ NOT OPERATIONAL” whereas it is actually very much operational. This gives inaccurate information while planning journey on this route. Delhi Metro’s official app shows this part of the line operational. I suggest to kindly correct this error in your app. This will help commuters. ### 5/5 — Green line and red line route needs updation *2023-06-21* Great app. Unbelievably easy to use. But the metro route for green and red line needs to updated as soon as possible. Ex- let’s suppose I have to go from Sarojini nagar(pink line) to mundka(green line). The app will show me to change the metro twice, once at Rajouri Garden for blue line and then at Kirti Nagar for green line. But in reality I just have to change once I.e, at Punjabi Bagh west. Same is for red line metro as well. Kindly implement it as early as possible ### 5/5 — Best app for travellers *2022-11-16* It gives you exact details which color line to choose going where and gives total fare with time also. It would make the app even better if they add from which platform number we need to catch the metro. And if we are changing color lines then how long do we need to walk 😁 ### 5/5 — Interchange time to walk *2021-10-10* Routes requiring interchange have huge walking time and effort. The present time to reach a destination does not include that hence provides wrong information. e.g. Dhaula kuan, rajouri garden, kirti nagar, netaji subhash place, Azadpur, hauz khas. All of them require 5 to 15 minutes of interchange time and 500m to 2 km of walk. Please include this in the time to reach and for selecting the correct route. Otherwise some better alternatives do not get displayed. ### 5/5 — MUST HAVE *2021-07-30* If you are travelling by metro. This is a must have app. Amazing details. Complete route synopsis. Very useful for occasional metro users. You will not have to ask anybody again about where to go. Totally impressed by the app and user friendly navigation. I came to India after 11 years and took a ride in Delhi Metro first time from New Moti Bagh to Noida Sector 63. It was a great experience- it is very well maintained and was trouble free. They have interactive maps in new update. It’s pretty easy to choose the stations you want to travel to and from. It provides alternative routes depending on time and change preferences. Best part about the app is they keep updating it from time to time which is very convenient.
