My parcel reached my city three days ago, but it was never delivered. Every day, the delivery executive would call for just 2 seconds and disconnect before I could answer properly. When I immediately called back, his number was always busy or he simply didn’t answer. Instead of making a genuine delivery attempt, he falsely marked the shipment as “Receiver Not Available.” This happened repeatedly for three days, even though I was available at my delivery address the entire time and waiting for my parcel. The most frustrating part was that I couldn’t get any proper help from Delhivery’s customer support. There was no way to speak to a real person and resolve the issue. As a customer, I felt completely ignored. This kind of unprofessional behavior from the delivery executive and the lack of customer support is unacceptable. I hope Delhivery takes strict action against such delivery practices and improves its service so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience. (Now the order has been returned to the seller ) ### 1/5 — Worst courier app ever. *2026-07-04* I somehow decided to use this app to send a courier to my family member. Firstly , the pick up was late by 3 days from their side and now they’re delaying the delivery as well. I’ve called the customer service twice asking them to please make the deliver at the earliest as the courier contains consumables their only response is it’ll get delivered by 24hours.. like seriously???? The delivery person called my family member once on 2nd of July and when he confirmed the location the delivery person stated that it was far and he’d make the delivery the next day. How pathetic can your service get and when I checked the app it was stated ‘recipient unavailable’ when it was your delivery person who refused to delivery the courier that day. The audacity you your customer service people have when I called too much of background noise not taking my issues seriously and yet the courier has not been delivered yet nor has it been returned to me.. You have created this app for one thing and that also can’t be performed properly. Pathetic handling of everything. Do something developers or shut down the app .. this is too frustrating. ### 1/5 — Fraud and worst customer support *2026-06-12* This is the worst company in the world because they seem to be like a big one, but have the worst customer support and delivery system out there. I have almost 3 to 4 packages which are supposed to be delivered and a few of them needs to be picked up, but every day, they delivery guy save out for delivery, but when I called the delivery executive, they are never picking up and by the end of the day, they put incorrect update saying customer not available which is absolutely rubbish because I waited the entire day instead of going to office just to collect my parcel and then there is no to respond to it, not just that, but even when I’m trying to connect through the Customer Support and I’m requesting a call back. I don’t know 1020 times. They don’t call back or even you know. Take the minute to respond to the customer. All they are doing is sharing computer generated messages. This is the biggest fraud. I have seen which is happening where the customer is waiting, and they are updating a wrong status just by on their own. ### 1/5 — Worst Delivery App *2026-06-03* Their delivery agent didn't deliver my package because of a thunderstorm and instead claimed that I was unavailable and they couldn't reach me by phone, so they couldn't deliver it that day and would deliver it later. Even though I didn't receive any calls or anything that day, I still didn't get the package. After that, they constantly marked the status as "out for delivery" for the past week, and by the end of the day, they would show that they couldn't deliver it today and apologize. Also, no one picked up the phone whenever I called their customer support team, and if they did pick up, they would talk nonsense. Even after doing this for two weeks, they finally delivered my parcel, so in my opinion, this is the worst delivery app. And just the day after the package was delivered, I immediately received a call from them asking for a review. They didn't resolve my problem when I needed help and no one from customer service responded back then, but they call me the very next day for a review. I mean, how disgusting is this? ### 1/5 — Worst Service Ever - Even they know it & just don’t care. *2026-05-24* I know this is one of the worst courier service providers ever but for some reason SBI Cards just sends their documents via Delhivery. Send on 8th May from Mumbai took 14 days to reach Cochin. They kept it with for 3 days. Every night at 11:30PM will get a message that somebody tried to deliver it. Never received any calls from them but just the message. Tried calling their support team, great for you - fully automated system that tells you, it will reach you today before day end. Then gives you an option to complain about their service once. Not more just once. If you are still not done, you can opt to leave a 30sec. Voice message to your heart’s content. Other option is a chat, you can try that too.. but very honest, I must say. Once you drop a message it will let you know that an agent might talk to you in a few hours. It can be 24, 48 or even 72. Eventually one night you will get the message you courier is on its merry way back to the sender after its vacation day with Delhivery. So my suggestion is, if you want to send your courier on paid vacation for 2 to 3 weeks to anywhere in India & get it returned back to you.. these guys are the best. 10 on 10. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery company ever! *2026-04-12* I dont know why companies work with DELHIVERY - one of the worst companies I have come across. Their delivery agents don’t attempt delivery and update the status as Recipient not available - which is blatantly wrong. YOu approach the customer support and get a standard email apologising and the issue repeats itself again. This is not a one off - i have had the same problem with multiple deliveries that were done using this company. My packets were delivered after 5 frustrating emails and multiple call. Once I had to personally go and collect the parcel myself since they refused to deliver it to my home. The app is a second problem - if you try to update the Secondary Number you get an Error - “Cannot add Secondary NUmber due to temporary error in the system.” Ironically, this temporary error exists since last 2 years atleast - have tried it in the past to add secondary number it didn’t work and had the same issue today again. @ DELHIVERY - If you are reading this, get your act together before it is too late!!! ### 5/5 — The worst servive ever *2026-03-14* Okay, so I booked the service because it was very urgent for me to courier the delivery on that same date and I was waiting for the executive since morning. I tried calling him for like 50 to 60 times, but he did not receive any of my calls. And then at evening, 6 PM, I get a message that the parcel was not available so that delivery boy was not able to pick up your order. I was so shocked because it was so urgent for me to deliver the cooler at the same day, now I went back to the app to cancel my order, and now they are telling me that you cannot even cancel the order because some stupid reason the Cafe and it’s a prepaid order. Now I cannot even cancel my order because I have paid such a big amount to this delivery person app and I cannot even parcel my courier that same day and I don’t know even if the next day they will come or not and it to deliver it today and now everything is spoiled because of this stupid app. I will tell everyone and my friend circle to never use this app and I will not use this app. This is the worst and worst delivery app. I have ever ever used, please, please improve it and just shame on your shame on you, and if you have some courtesy, just reply to your customers because if you at least be able to give that service like you want to take keypad money and don’t even provide the service on time, literally shame on you ### 1/5 — Most useless service and such arrogant and careless staff *2026-02-24* I have suffered twice with this service, once when they didn’t deliver my package for 2 months straight, refused to talk on call, refused to provide details on the order (only reason given was that it’s delayed) after re-ordering my stuff getting that through a different delivery partner i receive a message a month after that from delhivery that my package was lost. It’s not even funny at this point. The second time my package arrives at a local facility, and the delivery guy picks it up roams around delivering packages throughout the block and takes my package back to the facility and states the reason for not delivering “I re-scheduled my order”. Seriously (He didn’t deliver because he didn’t feel like it?) There is no contingence of confirming this through the customer and penalising the agent. This goes on for two more days (this delivery guy never picks up my call, customer care never reply, calls are handled by bots, what I get is waste of my time) their resolutions for any complain in an apology (apology doesn’t fix things) get your management together. I’m so tired of their behaviour ### 1/5 — Pathetic courier Partner for any Branded House *2026-02-05* Recently I have ordered a Monte Carlo lapel coat from Monte Carlo app. The product was awesome as I have already used Monte Carlo winter wears. Unfortunately This time it had been delivered by Delhivery app. At first it took 7 days to deliver the product from Ludhiana to Amritsar after the product left for Amritsar to Ludhiana. Then the worst part came. The size of the product doesn’t fit well so I had to place a return order for the same. To my surprise no one came to pickup thrice for three different days after updating the status as Out for pickup and in the end cancelled the pick up. And further Monte Carlo app also not allowed me to return the product. Further I contacted Monte Carlo regarding this issue and they again arranged a pick up today for the same product and again delivery executive updated the status as unable to pickup the product without even contacting me. This is totally unprofessional and unethical practice and in the end it’s the customer who is suffering from all this. Even your customer support service is also pathetic. After committing to call within 2 hours from your side I got a call but it disconnected from your side and no one even bothered to contact one more time. As I have placed one more call request from your side no one contacted me till now. ### 1/5 — Pathetic services and even worse customer service *2026-01-03* I had to raise it here because of my pathetic experience with my ticket raised on their platform, I am asking one thing again and again, and just seeing the level of their shamelessness in the response, how pathetic you can be with a customer, you can also check that ticket to see how your team is handling that. The only thing, i can say about your services and your customer service is, “pathetic”, I am never ever going to use this portal for delivery ever. The only packages I am getting are because of flipkart because they are sending it through you, i have also shared a stern feedback against you there as well. I’ll make sure as much as I can raise this issue, as you have no interest in working for your customer and i have all the proofs related to same. How delivery agent made no efforts to deliver my order, and even after so much effort from my end they kept lying to me that theyll deliver while at the end the delivery agent himself accepted that they dont have enough staf to deliver my package and still I offered that I’ll pick it from the hub they said you can but still sent it back to sender. And now when I’m asking what action is taken against the delivery agent, they keep on sharing again and again one automated response, “ your shipment has been returned please contact with the merchant. I just lost on that product but think about the person who is running that business, how much loss would he be facing because of this irresponsible pathetic delivery partner. I would never ever suggest anyone to use this.
