### 1/5 — Terrible experience on iOS

App is extremely slow and clunky, it’s really hard to work on your mobile using it, fast replies are always presenting a black screen. I migrated from Helpscout and everything is harder now. 
I hope you can develop a truly good App with a better experience.

There is no doubt the app is helpful, and has so much more potential.  We wish the team working on the app was a bit more proactive to messages and responses. 

Its difficut to get through to them to get answers and solutions for basic bugs that should not be there in the first place. 

Turn around time is slow and basic resolutions take forever. They are supposed to help businesses to grow, while they grow with the business they have made promises to. Its just really unfortunate.

The app provides a great Omnichannel support and support staff is always there for our assistance whenever we face any issue. Highly recommended one in all all for seamless integration with major social media apps.

Absolutely needed if you want all your social media accounts, emails, and even WhatsApp under one app. 

I literally have eliminated 40  tabs from my browser and 10 apps on my phone because of DelightChat!
