Все отзывы на 1 звезду, а рейтинг 4,6, очень удобно получается! Добавлю и свой - много лет пользуюсь Делимобилем, больше пяти точно, в очередной раз нужно было найти машину срочно. Открываю приложение, внезапно от меня требуют новое селфи с паспортом (паспорт не менялся). Вернулся домой, сделал, отправил, сказали ожидать 3 минуты. 3 минуты превратились в 20 и еще неизвестно сколько. Пытаюсь позвонить в службу поддержки, где мне сообщают что мой звонок не по поездке, и предлагают написать обращение, ответ на которое может составить до 24 часов 🤡
Upd - жду уже 12 часов, ни ответа ни привета, абсолютно наплевательское отношение

Не мог завершить аренду, приложение не видело автомобиль. 20 минут скакал вокруг машины, и так, и сяк, позвонил в поддержку - «Время ожидания ответа оператора 40 минут…». СОРОК!!!! 
Держитесь подальше от этих волшебников.

Машина грязная в крошках, неприятная. Бронировал на 8 дней из которых 2 дня не мог открыть машину, приложение не грузится. Очередь на оператора: 30-35 человек передал мной. Не дозвониться и не получить никакой помощи. Ужасно!
