Sometimes the push notification will work. Reached out to support and got options to use other authenticators. Do not recommend this app until fixed and support is more helpful. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue you experienced with tenant visibility and TOTP code retrieval.
