They hire more and more drivers over time and retain them only when orders are very limited. Their strategy appears to be approving new drivers at first, then suddenly stopping approvals, claiming they are giving priority to full-time drivers. If that were true, then why are full-time drivers still facing intense competition from new recruits every day? Their communication is poor, yet they continue hiring new drivers as needed.
