Delivereasy makes things well easy! Unfortunately deliver-easy not great with accepting ID government approved Kiwi access card even though it says its accepted on their website, can take drivers several minutes to get their system to accept it. Many drivers are patient all though frustrated as have to try multiple times and spending 10 minutes or more. Some drivers give up after 3 minutes and return it to shop without explaining or understanding me asking them to try again and declare my card is not accepted by deliver-easy or its not valid or its expired when It IS valid and accepted by deliver easy but their dispatcher tells them otherwise (my card doesnt expire for 2 years,) These experiences are tough and humiliating snd confusing and disapointing, sometimes the dispatcher is also unaware this is a new Zealand government valid form of ID that even though deliver-easy website says they accept. This also occurs when deliver easy acts as third party delivery driver for supermarkets like new world and woolworths. When there are challenges often language may be a barrier if they dont understand my Autistic stuttering and english isnt fluent to driver. I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 10 mins for something that would have taken me 20 min drive down the road. Now they have just notified me it will take another 30 mins. No options for refund- they’ve got my money and me hostage to an expensive low quality service. ### 1/5 — The worst delivery platform in NZ *2026-07-31, version 3.1.1* Very bad customer service experience, expensive delivery fees, the shops normally don’t have what displayed on the site , always missing items and will refuse to compensate customers ! Horrible delivery times, all the time! The driver always seems to be doing multiple other drop offs before bringing your order ruining its integrity. Missing items regularly. Horrible substitutions regularly. Bad support and customer service. Had order delivered to wrong place a few times. Like everything that could go wrong with food delivery, delivereasy has probably done. I can’t even fully delete my account, it only lets me sign out.
