It’s buggy, constantly crashes, logs you out for no reason, and half the time the info doesn’t even show up correctly on the receiving end. It’s a required tool, but it feels completely unfinished. Routes glitch out, updates don’t sync, and calling dispatch doesn’t resolve anything on your end, just theirs. For something that’s supposed to make deliveries easier, it somehow makes everything more difficult. It used to be better. I used to be able to see exactly what I was delivering the moment I clicked on a customer’s name. Now I have to dig even deeper. I hate that you’ve made it so that I have to have an active connection to the internet to even see which customers I need to deliver to. Ridiculous when I go through areas with no service. There is no select for manager release screen ### 3/5 — Adding GPS coordinates *2021-12-16, version 3.2.1* Can we please add GPS coordinates as this was an amazing option we had with our previous app (dispatch track) which allowed full visibility for not only management but for the store and contractors. Every delivery app has this tool- door dash- Amazon etc If we are competing with the big delivery companies then we should be equipped. Next Route visibility isn’t available to the driver until after midnight. This is another issue that would be helpful if addressed ### 2/5 — “Notes” issue *2026-06-04, version 5.1.6* The “notes” feature isn’t working properly. Drivers can’t view what is being typed as the keyboard screen blocks the message box. It’s either type or view the message, not both at the same time. ### 2/5 — Fix notes *2026-05-13, version 5.1.6* The notes section where the teams have to provide notes as to why we cannot deliver or any concerns of the matter we cannot see what we are writing in notes so if there’s any typos or anything misspelled we can’t correct them after posting the note please fix this ### 2/5 — Was not optimal, now less optimal *2025-09-28, version 5.0.1* As of 9/28/25 the app had updated. The look stays the same, you can now scroll through the trucks without having to wait for the list to load. We have however lost the ability to look at customer phone numbers after the stop is completed. There are several reasons why this is an issue. The app still hides the details of the delivery behind the services option, which still can’t be accessed without pressing arrive. You still have to go into the job blind as to what it is you’re actually doing at the house. The app now also no longer allows speech to text, which was very useful for notes on certain jobs while moving fast. Allow the delivery team to see phone numbers after a job is completed, allow them to open the services without having to arrive at the location, and bring back speech to text. The app is getting better, but holds itself back. An app that could be good, but continues to be various forms of almost bad. ### 2/5 — Functional but not optimal *2025-05-04* The new update has changed the look. It doesn’t crash near as much anymore. It still randomly kicks me and makes me sign back in but it’s a lot better than what was before. My one and only huge complaint is the service details box is hidden behind the arrive button. With Lowe’s on time delivery policy, it’s impossible to view pickup orders or to check if there is Haul aways on stops you haven’t arrived at yet. We have to go in blind. ### 2/5 — Still a major Liability *2023-05-05* Been stuck using this app for over a year. As a contractor/Carrier there is nothing more frustrating than trying to rely on an app to run a business and the app reliably looses photos, notes, I’ve even had entire deliveries get memory dumped.
