Used them twice where they took my money and never delivered. Will not use again. ### 2/5 — Great… when everything goes right. *2023-03-06, version 8.0.50* I’ve had mixed orders. Some are quick and painless. Others it’s clear there is no attention paid to customer support or experience or even basic logic when dealing with issues. Drivers don’t care about anything other than finishing orders. I don’t think they even read instructions. The support staff seem like they are working to bankrupt their own employer by making the quickest and worst choices possible. I’ve caught them in blatant lies assuming just to end their shift a few times. ### 1/5 — Increasingly unreliable *2022-04-21, version 8.0.50* I am quite a regular user or should I say was... year and a half ago they used to deliver within the hour now I have found in 2021 and 2022 it takes close to two hours.Today I made an order and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:23 it is now 1245 and the shopper hasn't even begun to shop yet.I will be deleting this app and not using the service anymore. ### 1/5 — The Worst!! *2022-03-05, version 8.0.50* This is the worst delivery I ever encountered. They will rip you off! Not only do they not honour the sale prices, they force you to order twice for the same order! I didn’t receive my full order, and the guy said I had to make another order! They charge $49.99 on your account immediately. I waited 50 minutes and no product. Some random dude called and said there were no drivers available so they cancelled my order. What a waste of time. What I didn’t get back was my $49.00. This goof told me my bank was holding my funds. Had to educate him on how that was I rotated out of my account and SURPRISE my bank wasn’t the one who initiated that money hold. DO NOT USE THIS APP. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE ### 1/5 — Takes way too long! *2022-02-18, version 8.0.50* Been waiting for my order. I decided to get it from somewhere else and there’s no way to cancel. It’s been three hours now. Please work on your timing issues Deliverr!!! ### 2/5 — Orders are never on time *2022-01-31, version 8.0.50* The app description promises your order to be delivered in under 60 minutes but in my experience the orders have always taken as long as 2-3 hours. An hour and a half at the very least. Not to mention they've charged my account twice for one order before. Wouldn't recommend. ### 2/5 — Bad experience for the first time. *2021-12-11, version 8.0.50* So I’ve been ordering from them for about a year never really had anything bad happen up until tonight I wanted to order a 12 pack of palm bays I looked at my receipt and they charged me for everything that I’ve ordered in the past year and my coolers $350.00 I called my delivery guy and told him no there’s been a mistake and what I meant to order and he brought the coolers I meant to order (2 hours later) and the new receipt was sent to me and other deleted and was charged for just the cooler on the app but my bank account still says -$349.00 🤦‍♀️ I contacted support team asking when I’ll be getting my $300 back in my account but they only operate till 10pm so I have to wait for business hours. They might claim he delivered it to me and I was intoxicated. I’m really hoping not! Never using deliverr again ### 1/5 — support is a joke *2021-10-04, version 8.0.50* i’ve been using deliverr for over a year and half, spent a lot of money using this service. my last order was not delivered to my address, yet received a notification stating it was delivered.. i gave very specific delivery instructions when i placed the order. contacted support, and just got a careless response, stating the order had been delivered, which i responded to with pictures of MY door. The response i got was a picture of my order sitting outside someone else’s doorstep. Like. Um. Then they said the driver stated he delivered it to the only door at my location and could i please grab the order from that door… yeah OKAY.??? If that was my door i would gladly grab my order. They charge you an absurd amount for delivery then just never deliver it. Good luck talking to support cause they basically do not exist. This is everything someone needs for identity theft and is likely in breach of Canadian privacy laws.
