You must be mentally challenged or extremely desperate to accept, drive and deliver for those lowball rates, especially ones where says no tips. Anything under $40 for delivering large catering orders is waste of time. Stop accepting and driving for those lowball offers. $7 to deliver large catering orders. Don’t accept nothing under $30. They are filled with pride saying that it is a driver application for drivers and in the end they do the same as all the delivery applications that is to exploit drivers. They use you for a while and then they stop appearing orders in other words some scammers. ### 1/5 — 🤢🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️78 deliveries done 🤢🤮 😭🤬 *2026-01-08* It's absolutely impossible to get a good offer—bots and autoclickers steal everything. Sometimes I watch delivery offers flash by and then disappear. It happens at lightning speed. I work in Dallas. I get "exclusive offers" 120 miles away (2 hours there, 30 minutes of work, 2 hours back) for $7. 🫣 This isn't work at all. Do you even see my geolocation? I wonder if it's just in Dallas or everywhere? I've been working in delivery for 5 years, and I have a perfect rating. Everywhere has its flaws, but yours is the only app that's so terrible. I recommend the app's creators try working with DeliverThat themselves to experience the full "charm" of their creation. **Developer response:** Hello! They treat the driver’s poorly. My car broke down. They could care less. I almost died too and I’m a veteran. At least I saved nine children at the Arizona State Fair the next day I work for the state I work for Maricopa County and I’m an elected official and they want to treat veterans poorly have fun trying to get good drivers. You were lucky to have me sorry I can’t get a AAA receipt because I don’t have tags, AAA won’t tell me now I have to fire them. There is no instructions on how to sign up or no option to make a new account at all. Very unclear! ### 1/5 — Only bots can receive orders 🤷‍♀️😪 *2025-11-24* The app is terrible. It doesn't see your location. It offers orders 50 miles away for a small tip. All the good offers disappear from the screen in a split second thanks to bots. There's no chance of catching an offer with your own hands when there are only bots around. I never received any exclusive offers over $7. As long as bots can click the app, nothing good will come of this job. I'm very disappointed with my experience. ### 1/5 — New App Don’t Make Sound Notifications *2025-11-20, version 2.8.0* So in the new app you can’t see the orders it’s like different the processs it’s hard to get an order now and the app doesn’t make any sound like before that keep ringing. I need to install the old one like for one week I haven’t seen an order. ### 1/5 — Ghost app!? *2025-10-31, version 2.7.0* Used to be a solid app. Now just a ghost app without the benefit of Ezcater orders. Direct partner offers often have zero tips. Dramatic changes to order volume. Amazing downward spiral for a company! ### 1/5 — Beware of stealing from this job *2025-10-27* They so called changed the policy from reimbursing tolls after I sent them my toll bc they refused to pay it . And every time I sent in my tolls they will say I created it on my own. The pay is trash and they want u to go in Manhattan for ten dollars and pay your own tolls. This job is not worth it . Plus they want u to buy their bags on your own. Please don’t buy their stuff. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2025-10-27* This app use to be my favorite. They had all my priority and was my main source of income. Since the latest update, it’s impossible to catch any order unless you use a bot, but if you use it they will terminate your account. They pretend to send you exclusive offer, while it’s the trash that no one accepted, all below below $10. Useless app and useless support ### 1/5 — Stupid company *2025-10-25, version 2.7.0* This company is showing very bad partiality for drivers. They give good money orders only for certain drivers. Not don’t reply by saying first come first serve. Driver support and experience used to be amazing as well as great offers were consistent. Since the company changed hands or however, they transitioned within the last year support is no longer in states, communication has gone from great to horrible. Offers are lower and lower and they will not acknowledge the bot issue. My market is overrun by drivers with bots that automatically grab offers so it’s very rare to see anything over $30. Company could care less. There is also no in-house checks and balances as far as the orders you are offered, and what they consist of. Twice I have had to release offers because part of the offer was a pallet of water or 30+cases of water. The app is glitchy at best one out of every hundred offers you actually get a notification for. **Developer response:** We hear your concerns. Please reach out to driver@ideliverthat.com so we can review your account and what you’re seeing. ### 1/5 — Wrongfully deactivated *2026-06-10* I’ve been delivering with them for two years now or more, i have always been on time to the pickups and drop offs and had never cancelled last minute so my account was in good standing for a long time. Today i got a message from support that i would need to share my pay with another driver which would have meant i would get only $15 for a large catering order, since they told me this last minute i had to cancel it as it would have not been worth it. Minutes later i got a email that I’ve been deactivated, which it was their fault for not communicating with me yesterday about the order having to be shared instead of an hour before. I don’t recommend this app as they will deactivate you after the first time of breaking their policy, other apps give you a second strike but not them. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to communicate changes as quickly as possible and appreciate your perspective as we continue to improve our processes. ### 1/5 — So Bad *2026-05-28, version 2.16.0* I registered online, and they immediately directed me to the brand's store to purchase the items supposedly "needed" for delivery work. I bought the bag for $22, but I never received the code that—according to the app—is supposed to unlock the next steps in the process. Essentially, you are required to buy an insulated bag in order to work. I sent emails and messages to customer service, but they haven't responded. Of all the apps I’ve downloaded and currently work with, this one has been the absolute worst in terms of communication, issue resolution, and customer service. ### 1/5 — Company has gone to garbage *2026-04-21, version 2.15.0* When I first signed up for this gig app, it showed a lot of potential. My market isn’t a huge market, but they still have a number of restaurants and grocery stores that provided catering. I really appreciated that this was a by drivers for drivers company. Then recently they outsourced all of their driver support to some Asian company, and driver support has gone to complete garbage. There is no more care behind the company. The offers have gotten worse as well as there are a number of drivers in the area, using bots to grab offers. One out of every 20 offers is worth Taking. Also notifications stopped working and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it so you miss tons of opportunities. ### 1/5 — Be careful! *2026-04-21* I definitely don't recommend this app. They have extremely confusing rules, and often create rules just to get good orders from you (e.g. if you take an order over 100 dollars, they will ask what car you have, and no matter what you say, they will say that your car is not appropriate for the size of the order, just to force you to buy more bags from them). I had my account deactivated for the show, and I was at the restaurant. Not to mention that it takes a week or more to pay. I recommend working with more serious platforms such as Bolt or Expedite. **Developer response:** We take feedback like this seriously. KEEP LEAVING REVIEWS TO WARN OTHERS!! ### 1/5 — Garbage takeaway platform *2026-03-30, version 2.12.0* This is a garbage platform. Don't accept orders under 50 yuan. 1. If you have doordash and uber, then this platform is dispensable. 2. An order will waste you three hours, going to a restaurant and wait for 1 hour, delivering food for 1 hour, and returning to your familiar place for 1 hour. 3. The fuel consumption is increasing, and the depreciation of vehicles is accelerating. Add these two and calculate it yourself. The whole team works hard, and that does not go unnoticed. The driver app itself is also coming along very well, and it is good to see the platform continuing to improve. My main feedback is that restaurant partners should not be questioned by drivers at all. I think it would be a strong improvement to give restaurant partners a feature on their dashboard that allows them to add preferred drivers they trust for all deliveries. I also believe any unprofessional behavior toward restaurant partners, other drivers and to the dispatch team should be handled quickly and seriously, because that kind of behavior only gives a great platform like this a bad name. Not five stars. *2025-09-07, version 2.3.2* ***** this app tried to steal from me*** I gave this app five stars so it could not be hidden to warn others. I signed up as a new driver and purchased the MVP report and the bags. I use the shop pay app and receive no confirmation email. I contacted customer service and someone named James refused to help me. He said to contact a hiring manager. I have no idea who that is since I have received no emails from anyone in the company. I was at the beginning of the application and if you don't enter the code, they send you you cannot continue the application. I am really grateful for this change. Ive been a preferred driver on this app for the longest time and wouldn’t see more than 1 offer pop up a week. I honestly wasn’t expecting this massive shift. It’s new and people scared of change. We knew new app was coming and DT explained it’s the first version that will open the door to other big enhancements. The offer tab is slow though. People out here complaining about no offers or tips like the new app is to blame or it’s against you. If you’ve worked with DT long enough you know tips changed everywhere last year.
