This update is NOT GOOD. 

Updates are supposed to fix existing problems, not create more of them. Did anyone test this update be fore it went live?

Problems:
• Connectivity issues. 
• Can’t call customer from the app. 
• Inputting photo description text is sketchy, and slow. It doesn’t input correctly what I am typing. 
• There is a text (character) limit for typing notes. 
• Route layout/order doesn’t make sense most days. We have to reorder our routes, on paper, in the order it should be. 
• Route order brings us back (later) to areas, and/or streets, that we have already delivered to. 
• Orders and photos won’t submit/clear if there is a weak cell connection. Just a spinning icon until the app “times-out” or we drive around until a stronger cell signal is found. 

The update to this app does NOT make us more efficient. It costs us time and money.

New update is horrible. I can’t find anything about Delcon that I like and have begged my boss to drop it and go back to old school

App was so glitchy before but after this new update it’s worse can’t even clear a stop if there’s an old order even after saying order was picked up.

The app has had a history of seizing up or crashing in my 2 years of using it. And whereas it used to seem predictable when it was going to happen is no longer the case, leading me to believe it is random. Good luck, paper was always reliable

Been using this system for a year now and besides a freeze here and there it’s been working fine. Yesterday I go to use it and half the features have disappeared. I’m updated and restarted the app and my phone but no change. I can’t scan in items anymore and it makes it almost worthless. What happened?
