It’s cool that you can save contacts and there’s a lot of settings you can add. But what’s not cool is when I’m doing my job delivering and I’m just trying to do a couple over routes and in the middle of it you tell me I have to purchase your trial right after I’ve already created the route and you’ve allowed me to create the route and proceed with the route and in the middle of it you just say I have to purchase your subscription. It’s a smart marketing strategy but as a user that’s a slap to the face. ### 4/5 — Great App *2026-01-15* This app is absolutely fantastic and I have enjoyed using it over the last few years. I specifically use it for work as a field sales representative and it helps me get across town without wasting gas and time. I tried restarting my phone, and force closing the app, but as a delivery driver that was depending on this today, I’m very frustrated as I’d already set up my route last night and now it’s not working. I shouldn’t have relied on it so heavily because I’m quite literally going to be forced to buy another app just to get the job done today, and not sure if I’ll come back to Upper once it’s fixed… Again, not sure if it’s my phone or the app but I saw the app just got an update today and now it’s not working. I’m not a delivery guy, but I had a need for a work project to efficiently define a route for multiple addresses, nearly 100 locations. I just subscribed again for a week as I have in the past to define a route and it wouldn’t let me because my list included more than 25 locations. It said I had to upgrade to the Champion plan. When I subscribed, there was no mention of a Champion plan or limits for the standard (Pro) plan, plus, there is no offering for a Champion plan. They also doubled the cost of the annual plan. I recommend passing on this app and move on to another route planning application.
