## What is Delivery Service Temia?

Delivery Service is the order management app for pizzerias, takeaways, restaurants and every delivery or pickup business – now on iPhone and iPad. Orders, customers, menu, drivers and reports in one app, without an account and without a cloud: all data stays on your device.

ORDERS BY PHONE
• Type the caller’s number – the customer appears with delivery address, regular-customer discount and last order
• Create new customers straight from the order, several delivery addresses per customer
• Delivery or pickup, immediately or scheduled – overdue orders turn red
• “Same as last order” for regulars

MENU AND PRICES
• Dishes with category, price, pickup price, VAT, photo and barcode
• Sizes and toppings with surcharge (small, large, extra cheese …)
• Allergens (the 14 major allergens) and additives
• Price categories such as a lunch deal by weekday and time – the price follows the delivery time
• Daily stock per dish

DELIVERY CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
• Delivery areas with postcodes, minimum order value and free delivery from a set amount – charges are added automatically
• Discounts as a percentage or a fixed amount, split across VAT rates and recalculated with every change

KITCHEN AND DRIVERS
• Status from “received” to “delivered” with your own colours and delivery time
• Cook and driver per order, “Mine” for the driver on this device
• Tour per driver with route in Maps and a combined driver slip
• Text message “your order is on its way”, reminders before scheduled orders

RECEIPTS AND PAYMENT
• Kitchen slip with comments, driver slip with address, phone and amount, invoice – as PDF in 58 or 80 mm to print or share
• Cash, card or online, tip and change; consecutive receipt numbers, corrections by cancellation

REPORTS
• Daily close, driver settlement with cash per driver
• Sales and VAT, delivery and pickup separately, dishes sold, delivery areas, top customers, punctuality
• Print, share as PDF or CSV

SAFE AND PRIVATE
• No sign-up, no ads, no tracking
• Backup to a file, app lock with Face ID
• English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian

Delivery Service is part of the Temia software family and is also available for Mac – one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.
