### 2/5 — App won’t load

The app gets stuck on the loading screen with a spinning circle and eventually times out. Reinstalled twice with phone rebooted too. No change. Working fine for everyone else I speak to. Perhaps something specific to the iPhone 13 Pro maybe.

Every time I chose a vendor, a choice which will be largely based on the estimated delivery time, I get an email a minute after ordering telling me my delivery time has changed. Tho has just happened and my time has literally doubled from 45mins to 1 hour and 30mins!!! 

They clearly have access to this data so why are they screwing is over with their fake, pretend estimate, to lure us in and then slamming us with the real time after we’ve committed a large amount of money to them.

I guess I’ll be eating me tea at 10pm tonight, thanks a lot Delivery Shark.

Oh, and despite having all marketing preferences set to off, they still keep on sending me push notifications. So do one Delivery Shark, apps that can’t be trusted to behave as promised must be deleted.

Awful company stay away from it takes your money and cancels orders without telling u then takes them four days to put money back in not to mention the money they put on top of the food on the menu then charge u 5 pound to deliver it (if you lucky enough to have an order go through)

**Developer response:** Hey DiscoDave! Thanks for your feedback, we've changed our merchant payment provider and our refunds are now alot quicker. Sadly the delivery fee is dependant on the distance the driver has to travel, we'd love to reduce it but the cost of fuel is going up at the moment.

I seem to keep having my order cancelled, when I ring up it’s because they don’t have any drivers. This is the only company that will deliver McDonald’s to Woodside Telford, really gutted about this but hopefully in the future this company will be thriving better then just eat! At least you get refunded straight away though 
Please don’t let this flop, we need you

Ordered a takeaway and was given a delivery estimate, 1hr later still nothing so left it another 30 minutes and still nothing, I rang customer support to see what’s going on only to find out it hasn’t gone through the system, so decided to cancel and get a refund. First time using the app and the last time. Will be removing the app and to be honest I’m not going to recommend

Terrible app, needs updating majorly! Payment is always an issue and takes ages to actually put my payment through. Comes up with Nationwide, 'we need to authorise your payment' page, but nothing actually works! The links don't take me anywhere to authorise my payment. Really awful app, please fix it because it's my only option for food deliveries.

Used for the first time no updates on what was happening once order was submitted until I got a call from the driver to say he had arrived.
Took over an hour from ordering to delivery.
Not able to contact the company none of the contact buttons work!
Why don’t they do breakfast? Even when McDonald’s are in breakfast time you can only schedule an order for when breakfast is finished?
Two positives , polite driver and the food was hot

Fab! Used dozens of times and never had a problem. Delivery usually well within the hour and staff always helpful and happy! 5*

### 2/5 — Buggy and lacking updates on deliveries

Deliveries usually take an hour and half or more but no info is given. The tracking is done from a text message instead of being in the app, but the text message doesn’t always get sent.

The whole interface is clunky and some buttons are outside safe areas which make them difficult the press.

Some keyboard views have rad squares over the icons.

The chat to support button is broken. The call support button actually calls the restaurant you’ve ordered from instead of the support team.

A lot of these changes could be done quite quickly, it’s disappointing to see the app not regularly be updated or meet these fairly basic standards.

Hopefully some investment is made in design and development soon.
