am not able to open the app after updating this version please help

I left a bad report and I just noticed the review wasn’t posted. Interesting. The developer of this app is just useless. Everytime I tried save a location the app closes. I can’t even use it. Also it said on their webpage that it was a fixed 15cedi delivery in Accra yet I was charged 25 Cedis. What confusion is this?
