I do have a connection issue with this headphones. when I connect to the computer, it is good to use to use it. when I done use it and put it on my desk. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes later I pick it up and try to use it, the microphone doesn’t work. The other side can’t hear me taking. And I have tested it a few times and got the same result. So, please take a look. Sidetone- I have set it to maximum level (5), but I still couldn’t hear my own voice clearly. This is very important for meetings. Why don’t you make it total 10 setting levels like Logitech headphones. I have Logitech zone wireless 2. So I know it has much better sidetone than DELL. But Dell will be almost perfect if sidetone functionality can be fixed. Please investigate the issues and make the improvements **Developer response:** The WL5024 headset features an auto-detection function that automatically mutes the microphone when the headset is removed.
