## What is Deload?

Deload is a no-nonsense workout tracker for lifters who want to stay consistent and see their progress over time.

Log workouts as you go
Open the app, start your session, and log sets as you complete them. Deload tracks weight, reps, and RPE so you always know exactly what you lifted last time - and what to beat.

A rest timer with haptic feedback keeps you moving between sets without watching a countdown.

See your progress
The Progress tab shows your weekly completion, a full activity calendar, and per-exercise charts. Watch your numbers climb over weeks and months.

Your program, your way
Build your own training program from scratch with full control over exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods. The program builder is simple by design — it does what you need and nothing more.

Not ready to write your own program? Deload includes a basic starter program to get you lifting from day one. It covers the fundamentals, though it won't replace a program designed by a coach or someone who knows your goals.

No subscription. No social feed. No noise.
Just a clean, focused tool for tracking your training.
