I’ve been using the app for nearly a decade without switching to other providers. Their support team is quick to respond to any questions I have and they do a good job of seeking out customer feedback to continue improving their platform. Man! Was I disappointed. I tried hooking it to my Coinbase account. It claimed to be connected and I verified on Coinbase that it had established the appropriate permissions. Then I waited 36 hours for the app to download data. That was a waste of time. After 36 hours of “download is in the queue” I received an error telling me that there was a problem with the exchange connection. It’s a shame really because if the app did what it says it can do then I would have been a frequent user.
